 Shipping Policy 

Orders are processed and sent out within two weeks. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-5 business days if you are in the US. The delivery time may vary for international customers, usually taking 1-4 weeks to deliver.  

***For International Customers: You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be applied to your order. 


Refund policy 

All Sales Are Final. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective contact us at support@illactivity.com

 Cancellations & Changes 

Changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order.
